During today’s PlayStation press briefing at Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix has announced their exciting new survival action shooter ‘Left Alive’, which is set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam in 2018.

Their new game features veteran developers Toshifumi Nabeshima, director of the beloved Armored Core franchise, artist Yoji Shinkawa, the famed character designer for the Metal Gear franchise, and Takayuki Yanase, whom many know for his stellar mech designs across the Ghost in the Shell: AriseMobile Suit Gundam 00, and Xenoblade Chornicles X franchises.

Square has announced that these legendary developers have joined forces in order to create the dark and gritty world that players will experience in 2018 when they experience Left Alive. The company has announced that they will be releasing more information regarding the game later this week during Tokyo Game Show, so stay tuned as we await more information, and will update this article as we receive it.

Mean while, you can view the games short, but grim trailer on YouTube via the Square Enix.
