It’s been a bit of a while since we’ve seen our friend Klonoa. In a surprise announcement, BANDAI NAMCO has revealed that KLONOA Phantasy Reverie Series will be bringing two heavy hitters to modern platforms this July.
It’s hard to not express just how fun the KLONOA games actually are. They’re a blast and fans of 3D-platforming titles will be in for one heck of a treat. As of today, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc., has revealed that the KLONOA Phantasy Reverie Series will be coming to modern platforms including PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
The collection includes both Klonoa: Door to Phantomile and Klonoa 2: Lunatea’s Veil when it releases on July 8th, 2022. The game will see several improvements being delivered with the release of the collection including some recently revealed graphical ones that BANDAI NAMCO has revealed in recent screenshots (as seen below).
The upgrades include revamped graphics, adjustable difficulty settings, and a two-person co-op mode, which will give hardcore platforming enthusiasts and newcomers alike, a lot to enjoy. Stay tuned as we will keep you up-to-date as more information is released approaching the game’s release.
