
Bandai Namco has revealed the Spider Demon Rui for their upcoming Demon slayer title during GamesCom 2021. Here’s your first look at what Rui will have to offer when the game releases on Oct. 15th, 2021.
During the Indie World presentation at GamesCom 2021, SEGA took the chance to help Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- fans a chance to be even more excited for the game, which is set to release on October 15th, 2021, for PC via Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles, alongside Nintendo Switch.
In their latest reveal, we got our first look at the demon of Mt. Natagumo, Twelve Kizuki Rui in the all-new trailer for Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles. The latest trailer, which can be viewed below, also gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the development of the two new characters being added to the game.
Those who are looking to jump into Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will come with pre-order incentives for those who opt to buy the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game. The incentive? Besides in-game goodies, two-day early access, allowing the game to release on October 13th, 2021.
However, if you are unaware of what the upcoming game will be, let’s take a small look at the official outline of the game as presented to us by SEGA:
- Exhilarating Arena Battles – Master the multitude of spectacular skills of a wide roster of characters from the anime, including Tanjiro and Nezuko, to overcome challengers in head-to-head battle, locally and online.
- Moving Drama – Take up the sword of Tanjiro Kamado and guide his journey to become a Demon Slayer and turn his sister Nezuko back into a human.
- Thrilling Boss Battles – Action and drama reach their peak in specially designed battles against powerful demons that will test Tanjiro’s mettle.
- Original Anime Voice Cast – The original English and Japanese voice casts of the anime return to bring their authentic portrayals to the game.
Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Hinokami Chronicles will launch across North America and Europe on October 15th, 2021, for PlayStation5, PlayStation4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Steam.
