Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction to launch this September

Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Exctraction is coming to PC, Consoles, and cloud-based services this September and will feature goodies for those that plague Rainbow Six Siege. Get ready operators, your time has come.

If you’ve been waiting for a narrative-driven experience within Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six universe, your wait is almost over, as the next entry will be heading to consoles, and PC, alongside cloud-based services Amazon Luna and Google Stadia. Fans with a Ubisoft+ subscription can also snag it on there or through the Epic Games Store.

The new title will launch on September 16th, 2021, and will feature the long-awaited and long-standing legacy that the franchise has known for, allowing fans to jump into a tactical co-op PvE experience that will bring familiar operators from Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and will have fans experience the events that have occurred since the Outbreak event in the town of Truth and Consequences, New Mexico.

Fans will get to experience the story of the Rainbow Exogenous Analysis & Containment Team (REACT) team. The team consists of operators Ash, Mira, and Thermite. Players will join the REACT Team and assemble a one-to-three-player squad consisting of all 18 operators from the Rainbow Six roster. The missions will force players to push through various objectives that fans will remember from the Outbreak event along with various other objectives placed throughout each mission they will experience.

They will each come with their trademark weapons, REACT gear, gadgets, and abilities for fans to learn and master as they play through the game’s highly replayable and immersive missions. The missions span across a total of twelve maps that each feature their own challenges, infestations, and enemies that will increase in difficulty, and evolutions that they will take that change each encounter.

However, there’s a nice little catch for fans to enjoy: Those who play both Extraction and Siege will unlock the entire roster of 18 operators for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. Ubisoft has revealed special pre-order bonuses for the game including the Orbital Decay bundle with exclusive Epic items including the Orion uniform and headgear for Finka and Lion, the universal Vaporized weapon skin, and the Crashlander charm. Rainbow Six Extraction will also include live service support feature for those who opt to play it.
