In the latest video showcase for The Medium, Bloober Team has revealed much of what to expect when the game launches exclusively on PC and Xbox Series consoles on January 28th, 2021.
If you’ve been wondering what to expect from Bloober Team, the minds behind Blair Witch, Layer of Fear and Observer: System Redux, then your wait is almost over as the latest showcase gives fans a lot of uncanny facts about the upcoming title alone with a few easter eggs. That’s, however, not the only thing to expect.
In this latest showcase, fans can get a great idea of how the game’s setting is based on a real-life site that inspired the abandoned Niwa Hotel in The Medium. The best fact? It’s from the team’s home town of Kraków, Poland. The video also showcases what the team has been undergoing through the ongoing pandemic and how they overcame those odds. The Medium is set to release for $49.99 on Steam, Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store with a 10% discount at launch. Those that pre-order on Steam will receive The Medium Original Soundtrackby Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski as well as The Art of The Medium digital artbook as well. The Medium is set to release on January 28th, 2021.
