As the first year of DLC comes to an end, Ubisoft is setting their eyes to the future with Tom Clancy’s The Division 2: Warlords of New York expansion, set to release on March 3rd, 2020. Here’s what you need to know.

If you haven’t noticed already, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is prepping for its second year already. This includes some major new expansion content that will focus on Aaron Keener, a former Division agent gone rogue, and the very man who set all of these mechanisms into motion.

This new expansion will take agents back to New York as they explore Lower Manhattan, exploring four new districts including the Civic Center, Battery Park, the Financial District, and Two Bridges. This also means classic factions are coming back, including the Cleaner’s and the Riker’s. There’ll also be a few unannounced surprises.

Those wanting to snag the base game for cheap can do so today as Ubisoft has marked the base game down to just $3 on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One ahead of the expansion’s launch. Those of you who do pre-order or purchase any version of the expansion ahead of April 3rd can snag some free content including a level 40 Enforcer Shotgun, a New York City police outfit, a boost to level 30, which will see you jump into the expansion, and the expansion itself.

Pre-orders for the Warlords of New York expansion are currently live on the Xbox One and PC via UPlay and the Epic Games Store. They haven’t shown up just yet on the PS4, but we’ll update this article once that happens. If you want to try out the base game before throwing down any extra money, then you’re in luck. The Division 2 is currently just $3 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

The expansion will drop on its own for $29.99.  Not bad for agents wanting to experience an expanded story, a new set of enemies, and a return to New York, but this time, out of the icebox and into the frying pan as summer as cleared New York of its frozen streets.
