Bandai Namco has confirmed a release date for the upcoming Nintendo Switch version of Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition for this May along with some screenshots from the upcoming version.
Starting May 24th, 2019, Nintendo Switch owners will be able to get their hands on Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition. With this version of the game, fans of SAO will be able to get their hands on all previously released content as well as the base game itself as they explore the world of Ainground with Kirito, Asuna, Leafa, and friends.
Originally released on PC and PlayStation 4 in 2016, fans will get to take to the wild adventures Kirito and friends have in store for them while jumping into a brand new Virtual Reality MMORPG called ‘Sword Art: Origin’. In the game, you will fly, face down unimaginable foes, and explore the truth behind Ainground, a restoration of Aincrad, and its new virtual universe.
Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition for the Switch is also the first time an SAO game has released outside of PC and PlayStation 4, which will surely serve as a milestone for the series. Below you can see the new Switch screenshots of the game.
