Darksiders 3 gets an official release date and $400 Edition

Since the original closer of THQ, it seemed that all was doomed for the ambitious Darksiders franchise, which left us with the story of two more horsemen to explore. However, all is not lost as THQ Nordic has officially revealed the upcoming release date for the third installment which will see players take on the role of Fury this November.

After nearly a year since its announcement, THQ Nordic has finally revealed that Darksiders 3 is heading our on Nov. 27, 2018, for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Starting this November, you’ll get to oncem ore take on the adventures of the four horsemen of the apocalypse with Fury as she sets out on her adventure to take on the physical embodiments of the seven deadly sins who seek to finish what has already been started by the horseman War.

After nearly six years, fans will finally get to take on the third of four chapters, allowing them to see each side to the apocalypse and uncover the truth on why, what, and when it sharted and who started it altogether. With the sister of the apocalypse, Fury, taking on the Seven Deadly Sins, players will get to unleash her fury through her own unique fighting style, gameplay mechanics, and dungeon diving antics.

But don’t let her fool you. She doesn’t seem concerned at all with what happened with War, the horsemen who swears he was framed and tricked into starting the apocalypse itself, ending all of humanity and sending the forces of Heaven and Hell into one final battle. For those looking to enjoy the upcoming title, THQ Nordic has confirmed that Darksiders 3 will launch with multiple editions of the game.

Among the standard edition, fans of the series can opt in for two different collector’s editions to collect including a $149.99 edition which will include an 11-inch Fury figure, steelbook edition, cosmetic DLC armor, a soundtrack, and an artbook for the game. However, if that’s not enough and you want more, THQ Nordic has confirmed a second collector’s edition dubbed the “Apocalypse Edition” that will run a solid $399.99 and will feature a figurine of each of the Horsemen, an amulet with a necklace, a 30 x 40 wall scroll that comes with a hangar along with all the content from the previous collector’s edition of the game.
