The long wait for Monster Hunter: World on PC is almost over as Capcom has revealed that the PC version of the critically-acclaimed title will be headed to PC next month. As part of their celebration regarding the announcement, Capcom has also revealed a new trailer and even released the PC requirements that fans will need in order to enjoy the game.

As the wait for the release of Monster Hunter: World on PC comes to a close on August 9, 2018, fans around the world have been preparing to hunt some of the meanest creatures in franchise history. As a newly imagined semi-open world title, Monster Hunter: World continues to break franchise records with more than 8 million copies sold and even being one of the most active in franchise history.

With constantly thriving and living ecosystems, Monster Hunter: World is the most ambitious title in franchise history. To celebrate the upcoming release on PC, Capcom has released a trailer for the game, which can be viewed down below.

Capcom has confirmed that future updates will continue to add new content and gameplay features for fans to enjoy. However, the company has also confirmed that updates and fixes made to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One titles will be gradually applied to the PC version of the game. This includes the fact that Event Quests will be scheduled slightly different from the console versions of the game and that fans should stay tuned into the official Capcom blog.
