Call of the Sea revealed for Xbox One and Xbox Series X

Call of the Sea hs been revealed for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC for later in 2020. During Microsoft’s Inside Xbox live stream event, they have revealed the game will also be coming to the Xbox Game Pass for all three platforms as well.

Preparing for the launch of the Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC – Raw Fury and Out of the Blue have revealed their upcoming title Call of the Sea, an otherworldly first-person puzzle adventure title slated to launch in late 2020. To prepare fans for the release, Raw Fury and Out of the Blue has revealed that their upcoming game will be coming to Xbox Game Pass as well.

Call of the Sea aims to take players through a tale of mystery and self-discovery set in the 1930s as they help a woman in her desperate search for her missing husband in the isolated reaches of the South Pacific. In order to search for him, she will set course to trek through an uncharted island paradise while also discovering the remnants of a lost civilization in order to discover the truth about his ill-fated expedition.

To bring the game to life, you will take on this emotional journey of self-discovery brought to life by Cissy Jones, known for her BAFTA-winning history thanks to games such as FirewatchLife Is Strange, and The Walking Dead. You’ll see amazing sights, filled with life thanks to Unreal Engine 4 as you traverse through lost ruins and discover occult mysteries that call the island home.

To bring the game to life, Out of the Blue is taking their combined efforts with just 12 veteran game developers to bring their game to life including their experience behind heavy hitting titles such as Red MatterMetroid Samus ReturnsDeadlightGylti, CelesteGuacamelee! 2 and Space Lords.
