FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Digital pre-loads are now live

If you have pre-ordered the digital version of the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE, you can preload it starting today and play soon as it launches. You can even check out the brand-new release trailer today.

With just under a week to go until the official launch of the newly reimagined PlayStation classic, Square Enix is preparing fans with an official digital pre-load of the game, allowing them to head to the PlayStation Store and begin their downloads today ahead of the titles April 10th, 2020, launch.

While some fans are concerned about whether or not they will receive their physical copies in North America, we can confirm that Square Enix is doing their best after a recent email we received in regards to our very own copy of the game. You can check out the email down below:

It’s already been reported by many in Europe and parts of Asia that their copies of the game have already begun to arrive in physical form for those that have pre-ordered their copies from various vendors and online outlets.

“We know that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and many people having to stay at home, some of you may be experiencing extra pressure on your internet bandwidth. We wanted to give all our fans some extra time to download the game,” said the game’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase.

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE is set to launch on April 10th, exclusively for PlayStation 4. Pre-orders are live in both digital and physical formats.
