Are you waiting for a chance to dive back into Deck13’s robot-infested Soulsborne experience? If so, prepare for The Surge 2, which is set to release this September on Pc, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Announced during Gamescom 2018, The Surge 2 is preparing to take fans once more into the breach, allowing them to experience The Terminator-esque Dark Souls from indie developer Deck13, who has finally given a release date to their upcoming title. On September 24th, The Surge fans can once more adventure through the treacherous ruins of the world we once called our home in search for weapons, armor, and a cause behind the mysterious cataclysm that unfolded right before them.

The release date first appeared on the official social media pages on Twitter and Facebook for Deck13 and The Surge. Let alone has the game received an official date, Deck13 has also outlined the upcoming title with its pre-order pack that will ship with the following items:

  • Warren’s most iconic weapon from The Surge: the well-used Cutter
  • The full-body URBN armor set
  • The URBN Judgement Axe
  • The URBN Skimmer Drone
  • The Lootscan.exe Radar Module
  • A unique online message icon

The Surge 2 will run for $59.99 USD and is now available for pre-order on Xbox One and available for pre-load on September 23rd, 2019. Stay tuned as we’ll keep you up to date as more information about the game is released.
