As many of you know, we’ve been through a trying six years as an independent video game news and reviews publication. For years, we’ve continued to strive for providing you with some of the best content you can ask for, but also, a fresh take on the news that has already broken.

Our team, both current and former members, have worked diligently and around the clock, ensuring that our reviews are live in a timely manner. We remain vigilant and continue working day-in and day-out to achieve those goals, providing you with timely reviews, giving you our honest and unbiased thoughts and opinions about the very games.

In order to grow, we have worked hard, attempting to obtain a listing on sites such as GameRankings and Metacritic, two sites that would help draw our review scores into an overall review aggregation site. For those years, we continued to work as hard as ever and evolving the kinds of content you now see here on our site.

As of today, on behalf of our team here at Blast Away the Game Review, I am proud to announce that we have been accepted to OpenCritic, a review aggregation site that works quite similar to GameRankings and Metacritic, but, to us, doesn’t just offer a highlight of the game listings on their site. They offer more insightful information and we feel they better serve the goals we strive to achieve and stand for as industry professionals.

Moving forward, we’ll continue to work as we do, providing the best reviews we can, the best write-up’s you will find, and even some of the most insightful guides we can muster up.
