Mipumi Games announces The Lion’s Song for Nintendo Switch

Today, the Austrian developer Mipumi Games has announced that their award-winning narrative adventure series, The Lion’s song, will be headed to Nintendo Switch this July.

Originally released in 2017 for PC and mobile devices, The Lion’s Song is finally expanding its fanbase with a release on Nintendo Switch. The developer has confirmed that the game will be launching on July 10, 2018, for $9.99 USD in the Nintendo eShop.

Originally released as a point and click title on Steam, iOS, and Android in 2017. Our adventure will take place in early 20th century Austria and will span four self-contained stories, each filled to the brim with fictional artists, scientists, and each being blessed with their own unique and outstanding skills.

Each of The Lion’s Song’s chapters will feature an exceptional story for players to experience, ones that will take players into the minds of the characters and push them to overcome their inner struggles through creative, human, and inspirational means. Every choice you make won’t just be minor ones. They will impact the storylines of all future and past episodes, connecting each of the stories told in The Lion’s Song into a single overarching narrative.

The Lion’s Song quickly became a critically-acclaimed indie title, earning the Best Indie Game Award at the German Developer Award 2016 as well as an Honorable Mention int he Excellence in Narrative category at the Independent Games Festival in 2017.
