Past Cure Receives Two New Videos Ahead of Launch

Ahead of the launch of their upcoming indie game PAST CURE, Berlin-based 8-person indie team Phantom 8 Studio has released two new videos ahead of their upcoming games February 23, 2018, launch on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

In the first video release, the team gives us a grim look at Ian, the games leading man, and his life as a former soldier who has been turned into a mysterious lab experiment. During his time in the lab, players must help Ian face his demons both inside and out. As they do, players will search for the missing pieces of his mind, helping him unravel the mysteries that surrounding who, why, and what has happened to him and those around him.

As the game gets underway, players must explore the lines between dreams and reality using Ian’s psychic abilities with mind-bending telekinetic powers and observation. Along with the release of this information, the team has also released the upcoming games opening theme, by Belgium electronica band Seiren and lead singer Charlotte Jacobs developed the game’s haunting main theme song.

PAST CURE is set to release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Feb. 23, 2018, for $29.99 USD. Stay tuned for our upcoming review of the game.
