Since it’s announcement, Monster Hunter: World has began to captivate fans of the series. These fans have been eager to know what the future of their franchise looks like. Since the game appears to be one of the most promising and innovative to date as an open world title, fans have began to become curious as to what the title holds for them when it releases on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in 2018.

Today, a bit of that question has been answered as Capcom has revealed a new zone in the game called the Wildspire Waste. As expected, the zone is full of blistering heat, set as a desert like atmosphere, it is one that will be punishing, and require fans to survive by paying attention to all the details within the zone around them.

While this zone does seem rather desolate, the game will also feature swamps, caverns, and snow covered mountains for fans to hunt familiar as well as new massive beasts. Seems that the new game, through the footage, will be bringing back some familiar faces while also some new ones thrown into the mix. You can check out the trailer below.

Monster Hunter: World is set to release in 2018 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Stay tuned for more information as we receive it.
