Blue Reflection: Second Light’s demo is now available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch

Koei Tecmo has officially released the playable demo for Gust Studio’s new highly-anticipated demo for BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light ahead of its Nov. 9th, 2021, release date.

As we eagerly await the official release of the long-anticipated BLUE REFLECTION sequel, Koei Tecmo and Gust Studios have released the playable demo for BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light on both the PlayStation Store and Nintendo eShop.

The playable demo will introduce players to the upcoming cast for the sequel including Ao Hoshizaki, Kokoro Utsubo, and Yuki Kinjou. All three students have found themselves transported to a mysterious floating academy where they must search for clues about the events that unfold around them as well as clues as to how they can return home.

The playable demo includes both the Prologue and Story Demo of the game. Players will experience Ao’s journey from the beginning as she first wakes up in the mysterious floating academy as well as how her endeavors begin. The Story Demo prepares fans for the upcoming release by offering fans a chance to experience the gameplay basics of BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light including  its combat, exploration, and crafting systems.

Those who play the demo will be able to obtain the “Bunny – Head Accessory” and “Preparing for the Unknown” Fragment items for the full release of the game. Those who want to unlock bonus content can do so by pre-ordering the game and getting their hands-on a collaboration DLC bundle that will see both BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light and Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream come together.

The DLC bundle will include the “Summer Binki” and the “Comfy and Casual” outfits for BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light and Atelier Sophie 2: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Dream respectively. BLUE REFLECTION: Second Light will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Nov. 9th, 2021, and will be playable on both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X through each platforms backward compatibility features.
