Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition is bringing its challenging, tactical combat, and RPG mechanics to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles as well as next-gen consoles via a free next-gen upgrade.
Snapshot Games and Prime Matter have revealed that they are bringing the highly-anticipated title – Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition – by game designer Julian Gollop, creator of the X-Com franchise, to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles on October 1st, 2021.
The upcoming version will launch with the full base game, all four major DLX expansions, including the 4th DLC, “Corrupted Horizons” when it launches on the same day on PC along with some special DLC weapons packs and free next-gen upgrades for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S owners post-launch.
The upcoming release will deliver an entirely new breed of turn-based strategy and action to consoles in ways that fans might never have expected since the title release on PC. Players will join in as a member of the Phoenix Project, a secret organization of the world’s greatest minds and their bravest of soldiers, who will fight back against threats unknown and unexpected by the denizens of the world.
You’ll build, research, develop new techniques and new technologies, manage your resources on a global scale, and fight in full-scale, turn-based tactical scenarios that will push even the brightest of minds to their limits. Diplomacy will also push you to success if you use what you have in just the right manner.
Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition will launch on October 1st, 2021, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
