Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 has been delayed on PlayStation 5 as an all-new Gameplay Overview trailer is released to prepare fans for the upcoming release on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PC on June 4th, 2021.

As fans prepare to take on one of the most in-depth sniper experiences yet, CI Games has revealed that their upcoming title won’t be making a release on PlayStation 5 on June 4th, 2021, but instead, is facing a minor delay on Sony’s next-gen console.

CI Games has confirmed that the upcoming title will still release on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S on June 4th, 2021, and will come with a free digital upgrade to the PlayStation 5 version for those who purchase the PlayStation 4 version(s) of the game.

To help get fans of the Sniper Ghost Warrior franchise ready for Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, fans will be able to jump into sandbox-style maps, utilize customizable weapons and equipment, and of course, increased ranges of sniping exceeding 1000m.

Fans will recognize the voice of Abubakar Salim, a well-established actor who has appeared in games such as World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth, Assassin’s Creed Origins as Bayek, and even Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. You can even catch him in HBO’s critically-acclaimed series from Ridley Scott called Raised by Wolves.
