World War Z Game of the Year Edition to launch this May, new screenshots released

Those looking to brave endless waves of zombies, fighting back against them for the sake of humanity, can do so while working with their friends. The collection will bring out everything you’ve wanted to expect and more as it brings out all previously released DLC.

Fans of World War Z have a lot to look forward to in just a few short weeks as Saber Interactive and Focus Home Interactive begin to prepare for the second major release of World War Z, the game inspired by the critically-acclaimed Paramount Films title. As Saber Interactive prepares for the release of World War Z Game of the Year Edition, fans can prepare to enjoy the base game as well as all previously released DLC, including the all-new PvE episode.

The upcoming release will be available on May 5th, 2020, for PC via the Epic Games Store as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The new episode will see players get to experience an all-new set of PvE missions in the French city of Marseille, each coming with their own unique maps, characters and story.

The DLC includes the weapon packs Lobo, Biohazard, Military Bundle, and the Last Aid Weapon Pack, and one upcoming pack that has yet to be revealed. Those looking for customization options can enjoy new skins for the available characters with the Professionals and War Heroes Character Skin Packs.

Those who get this version will also get a few extra goodies including the wave-based Horde Mode Z as well as cross-platform play between PC and Xbox One along with the weekly challenge mode and extreme skils-skulls difficulty and an upcoming class that has yet to be released.
