Capcom has officially announced Street Fighter V: Champion Edition set to release in Q1 2020 for PC and PlayStation 4. The announcement comes with some major news for fans of the franchise.

Set to release on February 14th, 2020, for PlayStation 4 and PC, Street Fighter V: Champion Edition will ship as the most robust version of the latest Street Fighter installment since the latest entries release. Now, players can enjoy one of the most powerful lineups yet, which will see Gill return to the roster when it releases alongside some special goodies for those that opt to purchase it.

The Champion Edition, as outlined by Capcom in the official press release, will include all content released after the Arcade Edition as well as all content coming to the new version of the game. Alongside it, you will have access to 40 characters, 34 stages, and over 200 costumes to dress your fighters in. This edition will also include the fighter Gil, the leader of the Secret Society that was first introduced in Street Fighter III.

Gil will be made available as a separate offer for $5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money. Those who already own Street Fighter V can purchase an upgrade of the Champion Edition for $24.99 Upgrade Kit or $29.99 and will be made available on February 14th, 2020 for both PC and PlayStation 4 in both digital and physical formats.
