Red Dead Redemption 2 is officially headed to PC on November 5th, 2019, and will feature a pre-order bonus, but only through the Rockstar Games Launcher. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of its release.

In today’s official announcement from Rockstar Games, we’ve learned that Red Dead Redemption 2 is officially headed to PC this fall. Those looking to pre-order it can do so starting on October 9th, 2019, where you can obtain a free copy of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as an incentive to downloading the Rockstar Games Launcher by October 8th, 2019.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be the first in the series to be released on a PC platform, making it one of their strongest titles in the series yet, and will have a full range of graphical and technical enhancements to improve what the game has to offer for long-time fans.

The PC release will feature a new range of Bounty Hunting Missions, Gang Hideouts, Weapons, and more when it releases, including Red Dead Online soon as it releases. Red Dead Online will also feature previously released improvements, the latest amount of content, and the ability to experience Frontier Pursuits and specialist Roles of Bount Hunter, Trader, and Collector in order for those looking to progress through the online portion and earn their unique rewards through doing so.

Those looking to pre-order will have a wide array of games to select as pre-order bonuses when they pre-order starting from October 9th through October 22nd. It will include two games as your choice of the following titles:

  • Grand Theft Auto III
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
  • Bully: Scholarship Edition
  • L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
  • Max Payne 3: The Complete Edition

Pre-orders will also include access to the following content:

  • Outlaw Survival Kit for Story Mode
  • War Horse for Story Mode
  • Treasure Map for Story Mode
  • Cash Bonus for Story Mode
  • 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online

Rockstar has also confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available for pre-order at the following locations, the pre-order bonuses will include 25 Gold Bars for Red Dead Redemption Online, those pre-orders will go live starting on October 23rd, 2019:

  • Epic Games store
  • Greenman Gaming
  • Humble Store
  • GameStop
  • Other participating retailers
