Persona 5 is getting even bigger in 2020 when the Phantom Thieves return for an even bigger adventure and more hearts to steal in their amazingly super-stylish fashion with Persona 5 Royal.
Expanding on the smash-hit release from 2016. Announced today during the Persona Super Live P-Sound Street 2019 concert in Tokyo, Persona 5 Royal expand on the extraordinary occurrences that have affected the lives of the protagonist, Ann, Ryuji, and Futaba three years ago.
The newest version will include an all-new third semester at the Shujin Academy along with brand new content to be explored. Outside of the teaser, Atlus has remained pretty tight-lipped about what kind of content the new version will include, but it’s best to assume this means new Persona’s, new dungeon(s), and maybe even some brand new cast members that will join the crew.
As you can see in the teaser above, Persona 5 Royale is set to release next year for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 family of consoles. Stay tuned as we’ll keep you updated regarding Persona 5 Royale, but in the meantime, make sure to check out our review for Persona 5 today.
