World War Z isn’t a Left 4 Dead clone and it’s time to find out why starting today. It’s now available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

If you’ve been wondering what it would be like to explore the craziness of the world from World War Z, the wait is now over as the talented folks at Saber Interactive have now released their third-person focused zombie-shooter, which sees players take on specific tasks throughout ever map they can.

The coop focused title has no released on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, using the 2013 Brad Pitt-led film as its backdrop (not the 2006 book by Max Brooks himself). Fans of horde-shooters such as Left 4 DeadWarhammer: Vermintide 2, and even Spacehulk: Deathwing have a lot to look forward to in the game itself.

Not a fan of cooperative play and want to showdown against other players? You can do that as well, taking off across each of the games multiple settings including New York City and Jerusalem, among others. Each one comes with their own story, driving players into various scenarios against hordes of zombies or against other players.

PC players can pick it up on the Epic Games Store while Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners can pick it up at participating retailers or through the digital storefronts today for $34.99-$39.99 USD.
