After an astonishing opening week with more than three million copies sold, Capcom has now revealed that Resident Evil 2 will receive its first DLC pack called “Ghost Survivors,” which will include three scenarios of those who were unable to escape Raccoon City as the outbreak gets underway.

In a surprise announcement after the revealed opening sales exceeding 3 million units, Capcom has revealed the “Ghost Survivors” DLC, which will launch for free this February and will feature three short stories for those who can’t get enough of the game to enjoy.

The short stories will include “No More to Mourn” which will follow the story of gun shop owner Robert Kendo (ring any bells folks?) as he attempts to escape the city while “Runaway” will tell the story of the mayor’s daughter as she tries to escape. The last one, “Forgotten Soldier” will tell the tale of a soldier who got caught up in the madness of the zombie outbreak.

Unfortunately, as it may seem, none of these characters were able to escape the madness that ensued when the T-Virus outbreak got well underway. The DLC will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 15, 2019.
