ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN multiplayer information released

ACE COMBAT is one of the most renowned flight combat simulators and as of today, it’s going to brand new territories with some of the most dynamic forms of aerial combat scenarios to date. Now, the combat is changing as fans can team up with a friend in online multiplayer combat.

Starting on January 31, 2019, fans of the long-awaited ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN can finally take to the skies above while taking on some of the most challenging aerial skirmishes to date. With multiple modes announced for the games online multiplayer component, fans will get to put their skills to the test.

Among these modes comes two variants, each of them requiring skill, coordination, guile, and determination in order to win. The first of the two gameplay variants being team deathmatch, which will see two teams of four take to the skies in some of the most challenging encounters to date. The second a traditional deathmatch mode, enabling up to eight pilots to test their skills against one another, competing to show who has the most skill as a pilot.

But the most noteworthy part of the announcement is that fans are able to team up with one another, allowing friends to group together, to coordinate, and even have one another’s back in the team deathmatch mode. Along with the newly released information, Bandai Namco has also revealed a brand new trailer of which can be seen down below.

ACE COMBAT 7: SKIES UNKNOWN is set to release on January 18, 2019, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One with a PC via Steam scheduled for January 31, 2019.
