Once a year we finally get our chance to appreciate the hard work of the men and women within the interactive media industry, or as many know it, the video game industry. Today, Geoff Keighley and the team at The Game Awards have revealed that they will once more be returning to the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA, on December 6, 2018.
As part of their announcement, The Game Awards have revealed that tickets for this year’s event will go on sale this Friday at 10:00am PT at Axs.com. As part of their tradition, The Game Awards will once more announce the best of the best in the industry, but will also once more premier some of the most anticipated games coming up in the following days, weeks, months, and years.
“Our team is deep into planning the 2018 show, which will be our biggest production yet,” said Geoff Keighley. “We’re taking all the elements that worked last year and adding even more to the experience. I can’t wait to share more later this year!”
For those looking to watch The Game Awards 2018 and can’t attend the event can once more join in on the show through its livestream broadcast, which will once more be free across all gaming, social, and digital media platforms around the world as well as at the official The Game Awards website on Thursday, December 6 at 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET.
