NEO: The World Ends with You to launch July 27th, 2021, PC version announced

If you’ve been waiting for a follow-up title to The World Ends With You, Square Enix revealed that NEO: The World Ends With You, will launch on July 27th, 2021.

After fourteen years, the wait for the long-awaited sequel for The World Ends with You is almost over. Square Enix has revealed that NEO: The World Ends with You will launch for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on July 27th, 2021. As a side announcement, Square Enix has also revealed that a PC version will launch on the Epic Game Store in Summer 2021.

Part of their announcement also revealed that physical pre-orders are now available at physical retailers. This will ensure that fans can join Rindo and Fret as they fight through the very heart of Tokyo in order to uncover the truth behind the sinister “Reapers’ Game,” where life-or-death battles ensue.

The new title will come as a surprise in a vibrant anime-style appeal takes to the game, allowing fans to enjoy its hyper-stylish action combat system, and plenty more when the game launches in Summer 2021. To help bring the story to life, Square Enix has also revealed that Takeharu Ishimoto (THRILL Inc.) will be doing the soundtrack to bring the world to life.
