The first DLC pack for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order will include Mobius, Blade, Punisher, and Moonknight. Expect to play those characters this September. Here’s what you need to know.
Set to release on September 30th, 2019, DLC Pack 1 – rightfully titled ‘Curse of the Vampire’ will include three of Marvel’s most-renowned vigilantes, and blood-sucking vampire, Mobius.
The new content pack was first revealed during San Diego Comic-Con. The four will arrive alongside the brand new Gauntlet Mode, which will enable four players to run a series of challenges in quick succession in order to earn rewards. It has not been disclosed what players should expect to earn for completing the gauntlet.
Oh, it will also include an Endurance Mode, but for what it’s worth, we don’t know what all that entails. There will also be a handful of free updates that will include alternate costumes for all playable characters starting on Friday, August 30th, 2019, through an unspecified date in 2020. The update on August 30th will feature new outfits for Spider-Man, Hulk, and Captain Marvel.
You can also expect to receive both Cyclops and Colossus as playable characters as well. The Expansion Pass will feature three total packs that will include Fantastic Four and X-Men as part of the upcoming set. In order to obtain the packs, you will need to purchase the Expansion Pass from the eShop for $19.99 or £17.99.
Stay tuned as we’ll keep you updated as more information regarding upcoming content is released for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order.
