Super Neptunia RPG will be the first entry in the series to land on the Nintendo family alongside the PlayStation 4 and will be the first side-scrolling RPG within the franchise. The game will feature turn-based RPG action.
Today, Indea Factory International, Inc. and developer Artisan Studios have announced that their upcoming title Super Neptunia RPG will be headed to West in the Fall of 2018. The upcoming game will see players taken on a side-scrolling RPG adventure with some of their well-known friends from the world of Gamindustri.
In this newest title, players will be taken to a world where 2D games still reign supreme and a mysterious, and quite possibly, an evil group known as Bombyx Mori has taken over and forces their citizens into indentured servitude where they churn out 2D games as fast as possible. In this adventure, players will find Neptune awaken in this world and as she does, she’ll soon realize she possesses the power of a CPU. With the help of Histoire, you’ll fight back against the oppressors, and help free those who are forced to live a very troubled two-dimension life.
You can check out the key features of the upcoming game down below.
