PlayStation Vita Owners, prepare those handhelds! As of today, the creative minds behind Demon Gaze have released their latest title by the name of “Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy” in both digital and physical retail formats for 39.99 USD. The game will push players to take on enemies from the Abyss known as Variants and undergo an adventure to find out why they are invading Tokyo the way they are!
You will be taking the role as is a group known as Xth Squad. The squad was formed using a group of unique teens who have been optimized by the CPA Code technology, which allows them to be a formidable foe against their enemies. In this title players will find themselves working with the Code Physics Agency to investigate the mysterious phenomena that has appeared in the world as portals that lead to a mysterious and dangerous dimension called the Abyss. While going into the abyss, players will find themselves fighting genetically engineered monsters. Stay tuned for our upcoming review in the next few days.
Our Take:
I’ve been working on playing this title for the past few days for our review. Thanks to NIS America, we are capable to tell you that this game is fun, creative, and will push players back into the world of traditional RPG’s. If you want a game that’s going to take time, patience, and a bit of finesse, Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy is right up your alley.
