As of today, Blades of Persia, a spin-off event for For Honor brings Prince of Persia to For Honor for players to enjoy.

Announced today by Ubisoft, For Honor fans can enjoy another major event with this cross-brand in-game event, which will see fans take on a Prince of Persia scenario starting today through April 2nd, 2020. The event called Blades of Persia will see players experience a transformed version of For Honor for the next three weeks, allowing fans to obtain new Prince of Persia-inspired items as well as enjoy a brand-new Arcade mode during this time.

The new event even includes a free event pass available for all players to enjoy. The event takes place after a sandstorm has ravaged the lands of Heathmoor where the Prince of Persia arrives, looking to stake his claim for the throne in For Honor. To do so, he has brought his army of sand creatures with him, allowing him to become a major part in the limited-time game mode, Ruler of Time, which tasks heroes to fight and defeat the prince as well as his armies in order to destroy the legendary Dagger of Time.

Ubisoft has revealed that the game has been overhauled in its theme to match the Prince of Persia-themed changes, including revamped in-game menus as well as new visuals and music from the Prince of Persia universe. You can check out more details from our pals at Ubisoft down below:

  • Two illustrious outfits, Ratash and Sandwraith, are available via the in-game store for 20,000 Steel.
  • The Prince’s own execution is available for purchase via the in-game store for 10,000 Steel.
