In a surprise announcement today, Square Enix has revealed that Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age are coming to the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One this April.

In a surprise announcement made earlier today, Square Enix revealed that both Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster and Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age will both be coming to the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch starting on both April 16th and April 30th, respectively.

To commemorate the announcement of the upcoming releases, Square Enix has revealed new iconic art from artist Akihiko Yoshida. Both games will feature their respective HD content as well as upgrades that helped bring the games together. Xbox One fans can expect to unlock quite a few trophies while also getting the most out of their gaming hardware.

At this time, we don’t know exactly what content has and has not been made available to the Nintendo Switch as far as graphics go, but it is safe to assume that you’ll still get the most out of both respective HD remasters.

Stay tuned for our thoughts regarding the upcoming releases when they are made available.
