Skyrim VR release for PC, System Requirements released

Have you had the itch to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR on your gaming PC? Fear no more as it’s time for you to relieve that problematic itch that needs to be scratched. Released this week, Bethesda has revealed that the PC release is now available through SteamVR. Additionally, the publisher has announced this release comes with the core game as well as all official add-ons including Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

After a rather successful launch on the PlayStation VR, PC players can take on the experience PC fans have enjoyed, taking on a massive adventure through the RPG genre-defining title. Fans will get to explore the game in all new ways with a VR headset as they bash their way through the rugged mountainsides, dwarven ruins deep under the Morrowind and the sprawling cities that lay in harms way against the fearsome dragons that call Skyrim home.

In order to prepare you for your VR adventure with SKYRIM VR, Bethesda has supplied us with the system requirements that you will need to meet in order to enjoy the game.

  • OS: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64-bit versions)
  • Processor: CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K or AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or better
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 / AMD RX 480 8GB or better
  • Storage: 15 GB available space

  • Storage: 15 GB available space
